Compass Report Service Sites

If you use a Performa / Advantage meter, you can take it along to any one of the following pharmacies and ask for a printout from your meter using the COMPASS Report Service.

Most pharmacies/clinics will provide the Compass report service free of charge. However, some pharmacies may deliver this service as part of their wider diabetes service and may charge a small fee. If you are unsure of costs, please call the pharmacy directly.

Please note that to provide a Compass report, the time and date needs to be set on your Performa / Advantage meter.
