The Accu-Chek Smart Pix Device Reader is a small, but smart device which wirelessly imports and displays
data from Accu-Chek blood glucose meters, Accu-Chek software for handhelds and Accu-Chek insulin pumps,
via a built-in infrared interface.
The Accu-Chek Smart Pix Device Reader helps individuals with diabetes and healthcare professionals to view
and analyse blood glucose/insulin data quickly and conveniently. |

Just plug Accu-Chek Smart Pix into a USB port on your PC. Prepare the Accu-Chek blood glucose meter or insulin
pump for data transfer. Place in front of the Accu-Chek Smart Pix infra-red window and the data will automatically
be transferred and displayed on your screen in under a minute.

Data can be viewed and analysed via instructive, easy-to-read graphs and figures.

• Here’s what you need to use Smart Pix
If you are using an Accu-Chek Performa meter:
• A PC with a free USB port
• Operating system – Microsoft Windows 2000 (Service Pack 4) or XP (older systems do not provide integrated USB support),most distributions of Linux using Firefox 1.5 or greater
• An installed Internet Browser (e.g. Microsoft Internet explorer 6.x and later, Firefox 1.5 and later, Opera 8.x and later)
• A monitor set to a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher
• A printer connected to a PC (if you wish to print out reports)
If you are using an Accu-Chek Advantage meter you need an Accu-Chek IR key
