Accu-Chek Service Centre Pharmacies

We are pleased to have partnered with pharmacies the length and breadth of New Zealand, to provide you with Accu-Chek Extra support.

These pharmacies are dedicated to providing extra diabetes care for you, their Accu-Chek customers. Download the list below to find the pharmacy nearest you.

On the document marked beside each pharmacy are the Accu-Chek services they offer. These include:

  • Service Centre
  • Battery Centre
  • Meter Downloads

 

Service Centre

An Accu-Chek Extra Service Centre is trained to provide:

  • Accu-Chek meter cleaning and checking
  • Replacement batteries
  • Help with resetting the time and date
  • Quality control checks using control solution
  • Troubleshooting and explaining any error messages that may appear

 

Meter Downloads

Some service centres also provide a downloading service, in which case the “Meter Downloads” column will also be ticked. This means they can download your blood glucose results from your Accu-Chek meter and provide you a printed report. This is done using either the Accu-Chek Smartpix, or Accu-Chek 360 software and can give you useful information to identify patterns and trends with your blood glucose levels.

 

Battery Centre

We have also established battery centre pharmacies where you are able to access free Accu-Chek replacement batteries to keep your Accu-Chek meter running, and continue testing without interruption. Alternatively you can call the Accu-Chek Enquiry Line on 0800 802 299 for a battery to be posted directly to you.
